Value Venture was founded with a bold vision—to bring structure, precision, and institutional-grade professionalism to real estate advisory services. Established by Ms. Ankitha Marnal B A, a Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Construction Management and a Master’s in Business Law, and with professional expertise across Property Appraisal, Construction Finance, Property Management and Market Research, the firm is built on a strong foundation of technical excellence and regulatory rigour.
The journey began with property valuation services for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Through unbiased assessments, compliant methodologies, and clear, defensible reporting, Value Venture earned lasting trust and credibility. This strong foundation enabled the firm to expand into Property Management, Documentation, and Transaction Advisory Services, addressing real-world challenges faced by property owners— specially NRIs and Absentee Owners—who require dependable on-ground execution supported by expert oversight.
